All clients begin with a minimum of 1 Introductory private session. You can then discuss with your teacher whether to continue with Private's or join our Studio Quartets (Maximum of 4 clients) During your initial consultation your teacher will assess your body in movement, identify any postural or movement issues and introduce the Fletcher Pilates Standing and Centering cues. These cues assist in organising your body for correct alignment and precise movement.


Studio Quartets

Working in classes of no more than 4 people so that individualised instruction is emphasized, the Studio Quartets involve a combination of Fletcher Pilates Matwork and Reformer, Spine Corrector, Fletcher Towelwork®, Fletcher Floor Work®, Fletcher Barre work®, Magic Circle and Stability Ball. We grade our classes from beginner to advanced so that you are working with people at a similar level.

 

Privates

Individual sessions are based on the unique needs and goals of each client. One on One instruction utilising all studio equipment in addition to Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-a-pul and High Barrel.

For variety and those seeking training methods beyond the Pilates world we also incorporate Roman Ring Training, Gym Sticks and the incredibly versatile Freeform Board (freeformboard.com)

 

Kettlebell and Functional Training 

What does Lance Armstrong, Kostya Tszyu, Angelina Jolie, the Collingwood football club and U.S, Russian and Israeli Military and special forces have in common? They are all using the Russian system of Kettlebell training. Think of a cannon ball with a handle that can be pressed, pulled and swung. Kettlebell training is one of the few fitness systems that manages to address most components of fitness.

 Join a kettlebell Skills class to learn the basics then join one of our high intensity interval training classes where we combine Kettlebell training with Joint Mobility and Agility, bodyweight training, Battling Ropes, Ring Training, Plyometrics, Free Form Board,  Power Clubs and Sand and Aqua bags for an intense, total body conditioning class. For those who like their training short, sharp and intense. All classes are 45 minutes duration.

Body Sculptor Class

A high energy exercise to music class with the precision and personal attention of a Pilates class. If your looking for a challenging workout without the pressure of keeping up in the big, group gym experience join us in Body Sculptor for a flatter stomach, firm thighs and bum, well toned arms and a healthier heart. We incorporate squats, lunges, core work and weights with Cardio.
First Class is free! Starting Thursday 4th March at 9.30 am.

Learn poses that develop greater physical mobility and strength leading to improved mental and physical balance. 
Small class sizes mean that individual needs are met. Anyone of any age and physical ability can participate and benefit.
