Our beautiful, warehouse style studio is located in the bayside suburb of Sandringham, located three shops away from Coles supermarket towards the Sandringham railway station at 28 Waltham St. Look for the bright red doors and we are located upstairs. Ample free parking is available in Waltham street (1 hour) or across from Coles behind the Public Library (2 hour) Note that Waltham Street is a ONE-WAY street running from Station Street. We are only a 5-10 minute drive from the bayside suburbs of Brighton,Hampton, Mentone, Beaumauris, Blackrock and Cheltenham.
