The Pilates Body has relocated but we are still providing the same quality instruction and wide variety of class options that we have been offering the Bayside area since 2005.
Whether you are recovering from recent injury, dealing with longstanding postural or chronic pain issues or fit and well looking for a total body workout, we have a class for you.
We have a fully equipped Pilates studio offering small group and private Instruction. Every class is different and we grade our classes according to skill/fitness level and you are never left to work alone.
If your bored with your regular gym classes or machine work and want your fitness regime to include higher intensity workouts our Functional Training class may be for you. Using all sorts of cool functional fitness tools in addition to movements from Yoga, Pilates and Martial Arts we provide a total body toning and cardiovascular workout.
